Mission Statement:
The purpose of the Hempstead Athletic Booster Club is to provide support for the student athletes within the Hempstead ISD athletic program.
   
Goal:
The Hempstead Athletic Booster Club will support all of the student athletes in the athletic program starting in middle school continuing throughout high school.
   
Meeting Time:
The Booster Club meets at 6:00 p.m. on the first Monday of each month at Hempstead High School, Room 105.
   
Membership Fee:

$10.00 per family
$25.00 per business

Guidelines: The Hempstead Athletic Booster Club follows UIL Booster Club Guidelines as set out by the University Interscholastic League.

  • Meet the Bobcats ~ The Athletic Booster Club will host a "Meet the Bobcats" night on Friday, August 10, 2007 at the HHS Football Stadium. Free hamburgers and hotdogs will be provided.

  • Meet the Bobcats - The Athletic Booster Club hosted a "Meet the Bobcats" night on Saturday, August 12, 2006 at the HHS Football Stadium.
  • Athletic Banquet - The Athletic Booster Club hosted the 2007 Athletic Banquet on Tuesday, May 15, 2007 at the Knights of Columbus Hall. Athletes were recognized for their accomplishments. Dr. Paul K. Minifee, HHS Class of 1974, was the guest speaker for the evening.

  • First Annual Golf Tournament - The Athletic Booster Club hosted their First Annual Golf Tournament on Saturday, November 12, 2005 at Legendary Oaks Golf Course.

  • Athletic Banquet - The Athletic Booster Club hosted the 2006 Athletic Banquet on Tuesday, May 16, 2006 at the Knights of Columbus Hall. Athletes were recognized for their accomplishments. Mark Berman, Sports Director for Fox 26, was the guest speaker for the evening.
